Terms & Conditions
- The product must be identical in condition, size, colour and other relevant variants.
- Product must be from a comparable authorised retailer with a UK store or online presence. This does not include third-party sellers, auction sites or stores outside the UK.
- Total price must take into account delivery, postage and any other charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, special offers, special order products, out of stock products and cashback schemes).
- The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A request must be made within seven days of purchase and before delivery of products.
- Products that have been ordered using Interest-Free Credit are excluded from our Price Promise, as are clearance and ex-display pieces.
- The decision of our store manager or customer support advisor is final.
Our Spriggan Cremation Urns have been handcrafted from an original block of wood and sculpted into a cubic-like shape. The wood used is gathered from two types of trees, Cherry or Walnut trees, which stem from the black forest in southwest Germany.
The edges have been slightly rounded resembling the likeness of a tree trunk, while the surface is kept in its natural rough state to emphasise the image of the black forest. The trees are specifically chosen when they are at the end of their lifespan - to not interrupt the life of a flourishing and growing tree.
These adult urns have a furrowed bark texture so will be rough to touch, a simple glide of the fingertips reveal the natural grooves of this piece due to it being made entirely of a tree trunk , enough to give a sense of tranquillity within.
